MBSR Official 8-Week Program Summer 2023, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training and Certificate

This is the official 8-Week MBSR course, taught hybrid online and live (Rockland/Bergen County NY, NJ) by Colleen Gallagher, LCSW, an accredited MBSR instructor. Colleen is a skilled clinician and teacher trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare and Society and adheres to the MBSR Standards of Practice.

Retreat Day Sunday, September 24 (9am-4pm)

Stress Relief Pandemic Parenting

Online Parent Group for mindfulness tools and support with additional weekly tools for self and co-regulation of caregivers and their little ones. Imperfect parenting in uncertain and stressful times means we can come together to find solutions and ways of navigating stress, meltdowns and anxiety. Facilitator is an educator, counselor and LSW- certified in Mindfulness/SEL with extensive knowledge and training in the science of stress and interpersonal neuroscience.
